Twelve that set it apart

Done raises the invoice

Marking a call done raises its invoice, numbered and dated. You can turn this off and raise invoices later.

a call › Done; switch in Settings › Messages › Invoices, on Done

Paid at the door

Record how you were paid, with every method and an amount you can change. The money is held against the call until it is invoiced.

a call › Paid

Auto-route the rest of the day

The round button on the Home row reorders the calls left for the least driving, keeping done calls, hours and locked times, and shows when you'd be home.

Diary › Day, beside Start

Plan the work

A chip beside Day, Ahead, Month and Lists. It asks what you want as five cards with a small drawing each: organise the rounds, plan the rest, catch up, just schedule it, or shift forward.

Diary › Plan the work chip

Auto-route a route list

The order with the least driving from home and back, shown against yours with what it saves. Use this order, Keep mine, or Undo.

Money in from bank notifications

Press watches the notifications from your banking app and Stripe payouts, and offers each payment to check. It never records one by itself. Works with Revolut, N26, AIB, Bank of Ireland and PTSB. Android only.

Settings › Banking and receipts; items land in Inbox › To check

Watch your camera and screenshot folders

Press picks out receipts, files them into a folder you choose, and puts every move back in one tap. How sure it must be is your setting.

Settings › Banking and receipts › receipt folders

Receipts read on the phone

No cloud and no signal needed. It reads the total, date, supplier and each line.

The Check page

One page between the photo and your books: the figures Press read, boxes over the photo you can tap to correct, then save.

Inbox › a receipt › Check

Send later

Book a message for a date and time. Press sends it once and tells you whether it went. Each call shows if it is booked, told, or needs telling again.

Diary › Day › message strip

Paste messages into New enquiry

Paste a customer's WhatsApp message and Press fills in their name, place, Eircode, number and what they asked for. Text shared into Press from any app does the same.
